Yes. The calendar, bookings, guests, rate plans and data export are free forever, up to 28 rooms. No credit card, no trial period, no booking commission. You pay only if you choose a PRO plan yourself.
No. You can work fully locally — your data stays only on your phone. An account (also free) adds a cloud backup and access from the browser and from several devices.
Nothing disappears. Your account returns to the free plan — we only limit visibility of the older history and the PRO features. Full CSV export always works.
We’re working on it — the GuestSage integrations are in preparation. In the app you can join the waiting list; we’ll get in touch on launch day.
Only on servers in the European Union. Document numbers are deleted automatically shortly after the stay, and contact data is minimised in line with GDPR. The database on your phone is encrypted.
